Bristol University Conservation Group is the student conservation volunteering society of the University of Bristol. We go out to nature reserves in and around Bristol once every other Sunday to do practical conservation work (such as coppicing, scrub-bashing and dry stone-walling). Bristol University Sustainability Team is a group set up to tackle some of the sustainability issues within and outside of Bristol University.
It's a grass-roots organisation run by students with the attitude that one (or maybe a few more than one) can make a difference and help Bristol University and Bristol city as a whole work towards a future of sustainable living.
We meet every Monday of term time, 5.15pm in G8 Wills Memorial Building.
We currently have 5 main working groups:
